Mistie Schleeper

Mistie joined Brad Kappel as his Executive Assistant in 2021. She brings 5 years of experience working with several top-ranked real estate teams in Anne Arundel County. Mistie supports all facets of growth within the real estate practice which includes; client care, external marketing coordination and managing listing preparation from the initial listing contract to settlement day. Earning a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from University of Nebraska, she blends her love of residential design with her commitment to excellent client care, to build a strong foundation for her career in the real estate industry.   

Mistie’s dedication, commitment to excellence, tenacity and genuine care for the clients she serves makes her a great addition to Brad Kappel and the TTR Sotheby’s International Realty brand. She enjoys her own Chesapeake living lifestyle of kayaking and enjoying the beautiful views from her home in Arnold, Maryland on Dividing Creek with her husband David, their 2 sons, Jake (currently away at college) and Nathan (a junior in High School) and their 2 rescue dogs Charli and Oreo.
