Leveraging his extensive network and keen market insights, he is adept at identifying and quickly pursuing opportunities in this competitive market. Originally from Kansas, Alex fell in love with Annapolis and its vibrant waterfront lifestyle after moving here over a decade ago. His background includes serving as Special Assistant to the Governor of Maryland and working with the Maryland Department of Commerce, where he focused on international investment and trade for small businesses. After traveling to every corner of the state and around the world, he wouldn’t want to live, work, or play anywhere but the Annapolis area. Alex holds a degree in Business from Fort Hays State University. He resides in a South River waterfront community in Riva with his husband and two golden retrievers. They are members of the Annapolis Yacht Club and enjoy traveling, spending time with their dogs outdoors, and boating on the Chesapeake.
