Brandi McKeating serves as the Director of Marketing for Maryland’s No. 1 Waterfront Real Estate Team, leading all brand strategy, digital marketing, and public relations initiatives for the Brad Kappel Team. With a professional background spanning finance, communications, tourism marketing, and digital strategy, Brandi delivers a high-level, data-driven approach to elevating luxury real estate brands across Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Her expertise in multimedia campaigns, content development, and digital optimization continues to strengthen the team’s visibility among luxury buyers and waterfront homeowners.

A longtime resident of downtown Annapolis and a Certified Digital Marketing Professional, Brandi combines her regional insight with her marketing expertise to deliver high-impact campaigns tailored to today’s luxury real estate consumer. She remains active in the community through her volunteer work with St. Mary’s and sponsorship of U.S. Naval Academy Midshipmen. When not leading the team’s marketing efforts, she enjoys exploring the waterfront, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and two boys, along with their mini-goldendoodle, Mochi.
