About Brandi McKeating

Brandi McKeating is the Director of Marketing for the Brad Kappel Team, where she leads brand strategy, digital marketing, and public relations for Maryland’s #1 Waterfront Real Estate Team. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, shaping how the team shows up across Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, and Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Her background spans finance, communications, and tourism marketing, which gives her a different lens than most in real estate. She approaches every listing and campaign with structure, intention, and a clear understanding of how buyers actually search, engage, and make decisions today. From digital campaigns to media placement, Brandi focuses on positioning properties and the team in a way that feels both elevated and relevant.

Over the past year, her work has helped secure coverage in outlets including The Washington Post, Baltimore Sun, Capital Gazette, and Baltimore Business Journal. More importantly, it has strengthened how the Brad Kappel Team is recognized across the Chesapeake Bay region. As one of the few teams with a dedicated Director of Marketing, clients benefit from a level of strategy and execution that goes well beyond standard listing promotion.

Brandi lives in downtown Annapolis, where her connection to the community informs much of her work. She stays closely involved in local initiatives, including the West Annapolis Business Association, St. Mary’s, and supporting U.S. Naval Academy Midshipmen as a sponsor family.

Outside of work, she spends time on the water, cooking, or in the garden, usually with her husband, their two boys, and their mini goldendoodle, Mochi.
