About Brandi McKeating

Brandi McKeating is one of the newest members of the Brad Kappel Team, joining as the Digital Marketing Director in October, 2024. Brandi was raised in Richmond, VA and holds a B.S. in History from Virginia Commonwealth University. After a career in finance in San Francisco, CA, Brandi and her husband Ray made it back to the east coast, after falling in love with the area during a weekend trip to Annapolis in 2009.

 

Prior to joining the team, she spent four years with Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County, most recently as the Assistant Director of Communications, where she led successful multi-media campaigns and PR outreach that promoted the region’s vibrant Chesapeake Bay lifestyle to residents and visitors alike. As a Certified Digital Marketing Professional and Professional Certified Marketer, Brandi leverages her expertise in social media management and digital strategies to elevate the team’s visibility in the competitive luxury real estate market.

 

A longtime resident of downtown Annapolis, Brandi has the shortest commute to TTR Sotheby’s Main Street office, having lived in the same historic home with her husband, and their two sons for 14 years. Outside of work, she stays actively involved in the community, volunteering with St. Mary’s and serving as a sponsor family for U.S. Naval Academy Midshipmen. When she isn’t cheering on her boys at water polo and lacrosse tournaments, Brandi enjoys cooking, exploring the local waterfront, hiking, and spending time with her family and their mini-goldendoodle, Mochi.
