Christian Schou brings a deep-rooted connection to the Chesapeake Bay and a service-driven approach to his role on the Brad Kappel Team. Born and raised in Eastport, he offers an authentic understanding of waterfront living shaped by a lifetime on the water.

Prior to joining the Brad Kappel Team, Christian was recognized for his performance with BHHS PenFed Realty, earning the Chairman’s Circle Award in 2024 and the Presidential Circle Award in 2025.

Now aligned with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, he contributes to one of Maryland’s leading waterfront and luxury real estate teams, known for strategic execution and access to a highly qualified buyer network.

In addition to his real estate work, Christian actively serves as a firefighter, a role built on trust, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure. That foundation carries into every client relationship, with clear communication and a strong commitment to protecting his clients’ best interests.
