Meet Gordon
Gordon Kappel will spend the summer with the Brad Kappel Team as a luxury real estate intern, gaining hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a high-performing waterfront real estate team. Raised on the Severn River, Gordon has grown up immersed in the Chesapeake Bay lifestyle and developed an early appreciation for Annapolis’ waterfront communities. Over the years, he has had a front-row seat to the realities of the business, listening to negotiations, touring properties, and seeing firsthand the level of preparation and discipline required to represent clients well.
A senior at Severn School, Gordon founded the school’s Architecture Club, reflecting his interest in architecture, development, and community planning. He plans to pursue a degree in Business, pairing academic study with real-world experience as he explores a future in real estate.
An accomplished sailor, Gordon has competed in 420s at Annapolis Yacht Club and Eastport Yacht Club and has worked as a sailing instructor, further strengthening his leadership skills and ties to the local maritime community.
