Senior Partner, Eastern Shore SpecialistA native of Annapolis and current resident of the Eastern Shore, Joe Bray’s connection to the Chesapeake Bay runs deep. From an early age, weekends were spent at the U.S. Naval Academy with his grandfather (Class of 1951), crabbing, fishing, and kayaking along the shores of the bay. He quickly developed an appreciation for the beauty and unique charm of the region. This lifelong passion has become the cornerstone of his real estate career and has spurred his love of the waterfront lifestyle.
Since entering the industry in 2010, Joe has established himself as an authority in the Chesapeake Bay waterfront market and has facilitated nearly half a billion dollars in waterfront sales, consistently delivering outstanding results for his clients. In 2021, Joe stepped into a leadership role and quickly distinguished himself among his peers. Most recently, he served as Regional President, where he transformed a struggling region into a profitable and thriving operation. He has been recognized for his achievements with distinctions such as the President's Award in 2022 and Executive of the Year in 2023.
As Joe’s sales career gained momentum, he was entrusted with leading the revitalization of one of the region’s top waterfront brands. True to his proactive approach, Joe embraced the challenge and immediately got to work. In just three years, his leadership was crucial to the team’s success, earning them recognition as the top-producing waterfront specialists in the Annapolis area. His ability to drive record-setting growth, consistently increase annual production, and rejuvenate struggling brands has solidified his reputation as a transformative leader in the industry.
Joe attended Salisbury University on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Outside of real estate, Joe loves spending time with his family at their Kent Island home, going for runs alongside the bay, golfing with his son, a good book by the water, and giving back to causes that matter to him, like The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and The Alzheimer’s Association.
