In 2026, Joe achieved two significant milestones in the Eastern Shore luxury real estate market. As the listing agent for 7328 Kent Point Road in Stevensville, he represented the seller in an $8,000,000 transaction, the highest residential sale recorded to date on Kent Island. He also represented the buyer of 200 Bridgeview Lane, a $7,000,000 waterfront estate. Together, these landmark transactions totaling $15 million further solidify Joe’s position as a trusted specialist in high-value Chesapeake Bay real estate.

Since entering the industry in 2010, Joe has facilitated numerous notable transactions, including one of the highest residential sales ever recorded in Neavitt, Maryland. His strategic approach, deep understanding of waterfront property values, and strong negotiation skills consistently benefit clients navigating the luxury market.

A native of Annapolis and current Eastern Shore resident, Joe’s connection to the Chesapeake Bay began in childhood. He spent weekends at the U.S. Naval Academy with his grandfather, a member of the Class of 1951, crabbing, fishing, and kayaking along the Bay. Those early experiences shaped his appreciation for the region and the waterfront lifestyle he now helps clients embrace.

Joe attended Salisbury University and lives with his family on Kent Island. Outside of real estate, he enjoys running along the Bay, golfing with his son, and relaxing with a good book by the water.
