Kristin Luca is a Real Estate Advisor with the Brad Kappel Team, representing buyers and sellers across Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, and the Chesapeake Bay. Since 2021, she has built a disciplined, client-focused practice, first working independently and later in a team, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both individualized service and collaborative execution.

Prior to real estate, Kristin spent more than 20 years in healthcare, where precision, accountability, and trust were fundamental. That foundation continues to shape how she represents her clients today.

Outside of real estate, Kristin spends much of her time on the water and in downtown Annapolis, experiencing the lifestyle she represents. That perspective carries into her work, helping clients make decisions that align not just with the property, but with how they want to live.
