Mistie is an integral member of the Brad Kappel Team, bringing nine years of experience supporting top-performing real estate teams across Anne Arundel County. Since joining Brad Kappel, she has become the operational backbone of the business, overseeing client care, listing preparation, external marketing coordination, and day-to-day team operations from inception to completion. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensure a seamless experience for clients at every stage of the transaction.

With a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Nebraska, Mistie combines a strong appreciation for residential design with a deep commitment to exceptional service. Known for her professionalism, organization, and genuine care for the clients she serves, she plays a vital role in upholding the Brad Kappel Team’s white-glove standard. Outside of work, Mistie enjoys the Chesapeake lifestyle, spending time with her husband and two boys, kayaking, and taking in the waterfront views from their home on Dividing Creek in Arnold, and spending time with her rescue pup, Charli.
